Applicable Versions: 3.02.0032 onwards

From version 3.02.0032 onward you can enter the number of rows you want a query or report to retrieve.

To do this run the report or query as normal and in the run query wizard just prior to the query running you can now select ""Return All Rows"" which will be the default option or ""Limit number of rows to return"" which will allow you to enter the number of rows you want to retrieve. This is shown below.
