It is possible use images on a report dynamically loaded from a URL stored within a database. To achieve this of the report designer, follow these steps:

Start DataPA Reports and create a report using a query which contains the field with the URL for the image.
Add an image to your report and size it accordingly.
To the right of the toolbars, press the right mouse button and select Property ToolBox
Select your image in the designer, then in the Property Toolbox select the field that contains the URL for the picture.
