Applicable Versions: 3.01.0190 and Later
A change was made to version 3.01.0190 to increase performance and reduce memory usage with the DataPA Excel Add In. Some of this code is incompatible with Excel 97.
To resolve this error, download the attached zip file that contains DataPA.xla. On the target machine, follow the instructions below:
- Close all running instances of Excel.
- Search for all instances of the file DataPA.xla on the machine, and replace with the version available from the link below.
