Your firewall may be blocking the port that the alerts are sent out from.
Open the Enterprise Service Hub Port (as can be found in the Server Settings Tuning section) on the firewall for the machine on which DataPA Enterprise is installed. You may need to open this port on other firewalls if necessary.
