If you are seeing one or more lines containing

ERROR: Number of Dashboard Objects loaded in memory= 10, maximum number permitted is 10, so cannot load any more.

in your DataPAEnterpriseService logfile then it looks like you are running into the limit set as the largest number of dashboards loaded into memory (default is 10).

A dashboard will be loaded into memory when the service is refreshing a query, or when a user is looking at the dashboard in the web or from a mobile device.

Increase this value using the Resources tab of the Server Security Screen. This should solve the problem for you.
