Applicable Versions: 5.50.0000 and above

There is a configuration setting set by the installer that tells the service where the source files for the DataPA Enterprise Web application reside. This setting is required for the engine to generate images of items on the dashboard (for alerts and exports). If you move the web application to a different folder, you must change this setting to ensure these images can be correctly generated. The following steps describe how to change this setting;

1. Download the Enterprise Root Directory Toolkit utility below.
2. Run the utility (it will require Administrator rights)
3. The Enterprise Root Directory will indicate whether the current setting is correct or not. If it is not, press the change button and enter the root directory for the DataPA web application. If the setting is correct, the utility will appear as below;
