The installation of DataPA includes an installation of Adobe Flash. On a PC running Vista the Flash installation needs to be run with Administrator privileges. With version 3.02.0031 and above, the Flash Installation inherits the raised privileges of the DataPA installation, however with previous versions you need to do this manually.

To ensure the Adobe Flash installation is run with Administration privileges on Vista with version 3.02.0026 and below of the DataPA installation, start the installation by clicking the right button on the mouse over the installation file, and selecting Run as administrator. The installation will now complete successfully.
