Applicable Versions: 5.50.0000 - 5.50.0027

The installer for version 5.5 installed a new configuration file that overrode any configurations set up in Versions 4.5 and older. This problem was fixed in the installer with version 5.50.0028, however for customers that installed previous versions of 5.5 follow these steps to restore your old configuration

  1. Stop the DataPA Enterprise Service (if installed, see here for details) and close any DataPA OpenAnalytics applications.

  2. Delete the file C:\ProgramData\DataPA\DataPASetup.dat.

  3. Restart the DataPA Enterprise Service (see here for details) if it is installed.
