The Error 'DataPA_Sched.exe has stopped working' can occur when there is an incorrectly registered dll.
Running the following commands at a Command prompt "As Administrator" should resolve the issue
cd "\Program Files (x86)\DataPA\Bin"
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\regasm.exe /tlb DataPASendMail.dll
